THIS IS A SYNOPSIS POSTING. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) / REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ), NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisition Management (OALM), Division of Construction, Architecture & Engineering, Facilities, and Leasing (DCAFL), Bethesda, MD, is seeking to identify multiple Small Business concerns with the interest and capability to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Handyman/General Construction Services and other associated services. Please see the attached synopsis document along with the supporting documents for further information. AMENDMENT 1 -- updated synopsis document can be found under attachments (make sure to select the correct "current record" on the top right of the post). AMENDMENT 2 -- extended the due date from 19 MAY 2026 @2:00pm to 21 MAY 2026 @12:00pm.
