Amendment 5: AQUISITION UPDATE (22 Apr 2026): Release of S-BOS pre-RFP site visit briefing slides and attendees list. Schedule Update for the Türkiye (T) BOS pre-RFP site visit. 1. PURPOSE This acquisition update is provided to all potential offerors for the Spain Base Operations Support (S-BOS) requirement. In the interest of transparency and to facilitate early industry feedback, the Government is releasing the slides for the briefings held during the site visit as well as the site visit attendees list. 2. DOCUMENTS RELEASED Attachment 11: Site Visit Attendees List Attachment 12: 496 ABS Mission Brief dated 15 April 2026 Attachment 13: 496 CE Flight Brief dated 15 April 2026 3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS Vendors wishing to access these documents must submit a formal request. To be granted access, the request must include an explicit statement confirming that the vendor is authorized to receive Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and possesses the capability to safeguard the information in accordance with (IAW) DoDI 5200.48 and all applicable NIST standards. Requests lacking this affirmation will be denied. 4. Türkiye Site Visit Schedule Update The upcoming site visit in Türkiye has been rescheduled and will now take place on 20 - 21 May 2026 . Registration Status: All previously submitted registrations for the Türkiye site visit remain valid and will be honored for the new dates. Please note that the Government is not accepting additional registration packages for this event. 5. CONCLUSION The Government is providing this information in the spirit of transparency to foster a more competitive environment. All potential offerors should continue to monitor this official SAM.gov posting for all future updates. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 4: AQUISITION UPDATE (10Apr 2026): Release of Draft PWS and Evaluation Criteria for Spain BOS 1. PURPOSE This acquisition update is provided to all potential offerors for the Spain Base Operations Support (S-BOS) requirement. In the interest of transparency and to facilitate early industry feedback, the Government is releasing several key draft documents from the forthcoming solicitation. This release is intended to provide greater insight into the requirement and evaluation strategy in advance of the S-BOS Site Visit scheduled for 15 April 2026. 2. DOCUMENTS RELEASED The following DRAFT documents are attached to this notice for industry review and comment: Attachment 7: Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Spain BOS. This is the most current draft of the PWS for the Morón Air Base requirement. Attachment 8: Draft Section M, Factor 1 - Past Performance and Section M, Factor 2 - Technical (Partial).
