Description

This is a sole source acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement to J.E. Federal Enterprises on a sole source basis in accordance with RFO FAR 6.103-1(b) and (d), Only One Responsible Source and Brand Name. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement within 3 calendar days of this posting. A response to this notice will be considered; however, a quote is not being requested at this time.
