BLM-CO Kiosk Sign Panels AMENDMENT 1: The government includes questions and answers from industry and updates the COR for the action. BASE NARRATIVE: The Bureau of Land Management White River Field Office requires enclosed panels for signage to be installed in multiple pre-established kiosks. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price. 7. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. (See 52.212-2) Instructions to Offerors Offerors shall submit: 1. Technical Information: - How you will meet the requirements in the Statement of Work. - Delivery schedule and any risk mitigation. - Key personnel qualifications. 2. Past Performance: - Up to three recent and relevant contracts (last 3 years). - Include customer name, description, dollar value, and point of contact. 3. Price: - Provide a single Firm-Fixed Price for the entire requirement. ------- - Email with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer and post an amendment. - Email your signed quote package to: pfrost@ios.doi.gov, with "140L1726Q0009 - BLM-CO WRFO KIOSK SIGN PANELS" in the subject line, no later than the closing date to include your price filled in SF-1449. The company information to include Vendor Name, Address, SAM UEI number, and POC Name and email should be included in the package. Evaluation Factors: The Government will evaluate quotations using the streamlined commercial evaluation procedures of FAR 12.203(c), as modified by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). Formal evaluation plans, scoring methods, or competitive ranges are not required, and the Contracting Officer (CO) may exercise broad discretion in conducting a minimally burdensome evaluation. Consistent with FAR Part 13 simplified procedures, now consolidated under FAR Part 12 commercial rules, the Government will make a best-value decision considering Price and Other Factors, listed in descending order of importance. 1. Price (Most Important) Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and completeness under streamlined commercial procedures.
