3/12/26 A0001: This amendment revises the solicitation schedule by extending the deadline for vendor questions from March 13, 2026 to March 18, 2026, and the proposal submission deadline from April 17, 2026 to April 22, 2026. 3/24/26 A0002: This amendment provides revised Ex. A and Ex. S; it also provides Ex. N, P, and Q. 4/15/2026 A0003: This amendment revises the solicitation schedule by extending the deadline for the proposal submission deadline from April 22, 2026 to April 27, 2026. 4/22/26 A0004: Thi amendment extends the deadline for proposal submission from April 27, 2026, to May 8, 2026. 5/4/2026 A0005: This amendment extends the deadline for proposal submission from May 8, 2026 to May 14, 2026. It also provides the Q&As and corresponding revised exhibits. 5/7/2026 A0006: This amendment provides additional Q&As and revised Exhibit D. It also notes a correction to A0005 for section B.7.6 and L.11.1.2 to add verbiage on redundancy/severance costs. 5/12/26 A0007: This amendment provides responses to additional Q&As. ALL INTERESTED OFFERORS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN A RESTRICTED ACCESS REQUEST IN ORDER TO BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THIS REQUIREMENT The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission Paris, France. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government). All contracted personnel, regardless of nationality, will be required to pass a background investigation conducted by the Contractor and a separate background investigation conducted by the U.S. Government to certify their suitability for employment under this contract. See attached “19AQMM26R0025” solicitation document and corresponding Exhibits and Attachments. Site (Virtual if applicable) Visits of the U.S. Mission facilities in Paris, France will be scheduled and detailed in the solicitation. A firm date of this (virtual) site visit will be included in L.1 of the solicitation. If and when applicable, offerors are responsible for entry visa, all travel arrangements, local transportation, and accommodations. Due to space limitations, only two (2) representatives from each firm will be allowed for the site visit (virtual and/or in-person).
