Service clause replaced with supply clause VAAR 852.219-76 - VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products. Deadline for offers shall not be extended. Deadline for offers is 04/30/2026, 4:00PM Eastern Time. IMPORTANT: complete all instructions as noted in Instructions to Offeror within original solicitation, completing updated version of Attachment B for Amendment #2. Additionally, please complete Blocks 15A 15C AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION of both amendments. Incomplete submissions will be considered non-responsive. All offeror quotes for this solicitation must be received electronically through email no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026, 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
