Requirement Summary: The U.S. Forest Service intends to issue an RFP for vault toilet pumping, septic tank pumping, servicing of USFS‑owned portable toilet facilities, hauling and disposal, and cleaning/inspection at recreation and administrative sites throughout Region 5. Task orders will include recurring and as‑needed services, including emergency response where required.
