Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0050 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, 561720 Janitorial Services $22 Million. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those listed under Government furnished), and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified. The regular cleaning services will be performed at frequencies determined by the Government. The quantity of office furniture or utilization of floor space is subject to change during the contract period. Performance shall be based on the Government's evaluation of the results.
