Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit - on behalf of the Naval Information Warfare Training Group Gulfport (NIWTG-G) - Norbit US, LTD (CAGE: 6P4L8) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(b). The instant requirement is to provide Hydrographic Surveyor Training for students to support NIWTG-G. The services consist of on-site, specialized instruction on multibeam theory, the operation of the Norbit Multibeam Echosounder (MBES), the Norbit iLiDar system, and the associated Otter Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). The resultant Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain one (1) 5-year ordering period as follows: 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027
