This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking annual Fire Alarm System inspections and sprinkler‑related electrical inspections for the Montgomery Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System across multiple buildings located on the Perry Hill Road campus.
