PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Agency: Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Operating Division: Indian Health Service (IHS) Location: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, AZ Requirement: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, intends to procure eleven (11) Dell Latitude 7650 XCTO (210-BLQR) laptops . Detailed specifications are provided in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM). Acquisition Approach: This requirement is for commercial products and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 . The Government intends to use streamlined acquisition procedures to the maximum extent practicable . This acquisition will also be conducted in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and implementing regulations at HHSAR Subpart 326.6 . Set-Aside Determination: This requirement is being considered under the Buy Indian Act and may be set aside for eligible Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).
