The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to find any potential small businesses that can provide the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) services of Precision Pressure Standard, Model 3689A equipment, in support of our nation's Naval mission. In accordance with RFO FAR 15.101(c), the Government does not intend to award a contract based on the sources sought notice or otherwise pay for the information requested and responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal. This notice is for market research purposes only. Please review the attached Statement of Work and support documents for details of the upcoming requirement. Calibration service requirements including any repairs for the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) of Precision Pressure Standard, Model 3689A. Services to be performed at vendor's facility. Period of Performance: Base - 06/24/2026 – 06/23/2027 Option Year 1 - 06/24/2027 – 06/23/2028 Option Year 2 - 06/24/2028 – 06/23/2029 If this is a service, you can provide and would like the opportunity to quote on.
