COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 , using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested , and no written solicitation will be issued . Paper copies will not be provided. Vendors interested in this opportunity must submit a capability quote. Quotes are due no later than May 27, 2027, at 6:00 a.m. To be rated Acceptable , the Offeror must clearly demonstrate an understanding of the requirement and state that they can perform all tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and HAZMAT Containers Procurement Policy, Attachment #1 . The Offeror must explicitly acknowledge and address the following technical elements in their proposal: Design & Fabrication — Ability to ensure all containers meet the specifications in the SOW and Attachment #1. Logistics — Ability to provide transportation, delivery, professional installation, and final removal from NNSY. Support & Maintenance — Ability to provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to keep the containers fully operational and compliant throughout the lease period. Failure to clearly address all required elements will result in a rating of Unacceptable Past Performance: The Government will evaluate the Offeror's relevant past performance to determine confidence in the Offeror's ability to successfully perform the required services.
