Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. SOURCES SOUGHT/RFI DESCRIPTION This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339113 (size standard of 800 Employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI, further RFIs and/or a solicitation or other announcements may be published. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing maintenance kits for Draeger Evita V500 Ventilators equivalent to brand Draeger. Must be made in rechargeable NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) (20 HRX 23/43 (HHR - 250 SCH L4x5). Must have standard charge condition of 0.25A x 16H. Must include an expiration date no earlier than two years from the procurement date. Must comply with preventative maintenance guidelines and work with the PM software provided by Draeger. Must be able to connect to the existing Evita Infinity V500 battery cables and fuses. Must have thermal fuse in case of overheating. Must have dimensions be equal to L: 7 7/16 x W: 4 1/16 x H: 1 7/64 with curved sides to properly fit into system.
