The Government has removed the requirement to submit Appendix AA (NON-KEY Specimen Collector and Clinic training certifications) with the proposal. Offerors must instead provide a signed attestation of compliance as described in the forthcoming amendment. This change does not affect the proposal due date. The Price Proposal Template is updated. Instructions include transition pricing and definitions of “Lot” and “Hour” are provided. The TECV formulas for Ordering Periods 2–5 now reference the correct total extended value cells.
