Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Products Note this requirement is subject to availability of FY27 funds. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (i) Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA930126Q0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the lease of a Combination Sewer Truck, that meets or exceed the Vactor 2100i and salient characteristics. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
