The evaluation factors are: - Price - Technical Acceptability - Past Performance Make sure to provide your price, technical approach, and past performance with your quote. The Government will evaluate the past performance of each offeror to determine the degree of confidence that the offeror will successfully perform the contract requirements. Evaluation will consider the relevance, quality, and timeliness of prior work as demonstrated through submitted references and independent government sources. Offerors with no relevant past performance will receive a neutral rating. Past performance will be rated and factored into the overall evaluation as specified in the solicitation. Offerors, if they wish, can also provide information on problems encountered on the identified contracts and the offeror's corrective actions. The Government shall consider this information, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating the offeror's past performance. Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of emergency generator battery (Kohler 100REOZJF) with specified model and connection to charger. Replacement of muffler exhaust insulation blankets with 3” thick Type 1 calcium silicate and aluminum jacket. Removal and disposal of abandoned underground fuel lines; capping and sealing openings.
