Description
CMR Courtyard Structural Repair Project, US Embassy Paris, France The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2026. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe. The contractor shall execute the structural rehabilitation and waterproofing repairs at the Hôtel de Pontalba, the official Residence of the United States Ambassador to France, located in Paris, France. The project includes selective demolition, excavation, temporary shoring and underpinning, structural steel and reinforced concrete repairs/replacement, drainage improvements, waterproofing installation, masonry rehabilitation, restoration and reinstallation of historic stone elements, and associated site protection and restoration work related to the front entrance staircase and supporting basement infrastructure. Work will be performed within an occupied, historically significant diplomatic facility and will require careful coordination, protection of existing conditions, and phased execution. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $2,000,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
