Description

The Government hereby cancels RFQ No. N0017326P5610, originally published on April 30, 2026, and closed on May 5, 2026. This requirement was inadvertently published as a Notice of Intent in error. Upon further review, the Government determined the requirement must be processed and solicited as a Brand Name Only procurement in accordance with FAR 11.105 and FAR 13.106-1(b), as applicable. Cancellation of this notice and resolicitation under the appropriate acquisition strategy is determined to be in the best interest of the Government to ensure compliance with applicable procurement regulations, maintain fairness and transparency in the acquisition process, and accurately communicate the Government's minimum requirements to industry. The Government intends to republish the requirement under a separate SAM.gov notice. Vendors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for the forthcoming solicitation announcement.
