Description

The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) 56th Troop Command requires Billeting and Subsistence (Lodging and Food) for 178 individuals in support of the Leapfest 2026 Competition Event from 7/26/2026 – 8/4/2026. Meals include breakfast and dinner. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the attached justification. In accordance with RFO 5.301(b), the pre-solicitation synopsis for this requirement is waived. This announcement will be open for 15 days, which allows for a “reasonable opportunity to respond”, in accordance with RFO 5.201(d). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
