**Solicitation Modification No. 001** Subject: Correction to Statement of Work (SOW) Amendment to this solicitation has been issued to correct a discrepancy in the Statement of Work (SOW) identified by an interested vendor. The SOW previously mentioned three (3) work items; however, only two (2) work item specifications were provided. Upon review, the Government confirmed the requirement was intended to include only two work items. The SOW has been revised to reflect the correct scope: piping insulation and compartment insulation, and all references to a third work item have been removed. It remains the responsibility of the interested vendor(s) to monitor the solicitation for amendments and to incorporate all updates when preparing and submitting proposals. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CGC RESOLUTE Insulation Renewal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000QR260002936. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336611. The small business size standard is 1300. This is a total small business set aside ; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
