This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Part-Time Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide services for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC) located in Towaoc, CO. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached RFQ and/or Fillable Table for Contract Line Items (CLINs). (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. " Instructions to Quoters" begins on p. 14. (vi) See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov until 5:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026.
