Description
This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, for tree thinning and piling services The purpose of this Amendment no. 06 is to extend the response date, correct the total acreage in the Statement of Work as well as additional information from recent Q&A into the Statement of Work, correct the total acreage in the Price Schedule section of the Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote, and add partial payment information to the end of the IPP clause and update the list of attachments in the Terms, Provisions, and Clauses. REVISED ATTACHMENTS. The following attachments are revised as follows: (1) "Amendment 6 Attachment 1, Revised Terms Cluses Provisions," (Revision 5 dated 5/15/26) adds information about partial payments at the end of the IPP clause in Part II Solicitation Clauses and updates the List of Attachments in Part III. (2) "Amendment 6 Attachment 3 Revised Statement of Work" (Revision 1 dated 5/15/26) corrects the total acreage, changed from 208 to 216, refer to Section 2.2 Project Area. Information about use of wood chipper is now included in Section 2.4 Work Standards and Thinning Prescription. Information is added to the period of performance in Section 3.2 Schedule and Work Plan. (3) "Amendment 6 Attachment 4 Revised Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote" (Revision 1 dated 5/15/26) is changed to correct the total acreage, changed from previously stated 224 total acres to actual acreage of 216 in the Price Schedule table. RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED. As a result of the updates to the three documents in the solicitation, the response date is extended by one week. The response date is changed from 3pm PDT on May 21, 2026 to 3pm PDT on May 28, 2026. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: For each Amendment, fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment forms and submit with quote. Acknowledging amendments is important because it confirms the Quoter's understanding of the complete solicitation package, as originally posted and as amended. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION. Quoters should refer to the complete solicitation package which includes the SF-18 Request for Quotations form, Attachment 1, Revised Terms Clauses Provisions (Revision 5 dated 5/15/26 includes complete details of the solicitation such as instructions on what to include in quote, evaluation factors, etc.), Attachment 2 DOL Service Wage Rate 1977-0079 for Josephine County, Attachment 3 Revised Statement of Work (Revision 1 dated 5/15/26), Attachment 4 Revised Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote (Revision 1 dated 5/15/26), Attachment 5 Optional Past Performance Questionnaire, and Attachments 6-9 Geo Maps, and Attachment 10 Site Visit Notes. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
