The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of designing, fabricating, and delivering 80 double-bunk stackable modular "SteelCell" detention units and four structural steel mezzanines for a high-security prison facility adjacent to Base Vertieres in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. CRITICAL TIMELINE REQUIREMENTS: Period of Performance: No greater than THREE (3) MONTHS from contract award Target Completion Date: July 31, 2026 Immediate Availability Required: Vendors must have "SteelCell" units already fabricated and warehoused, ready for immediate deployment upon award This is a Sources Sought notice only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS Interested vendors MUST review the complete Statement of Work (attached) in its entirety before responding.
