NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for a Chiller Replacement Project at the Great Falls (GTF) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Great Falls, MT. Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract via the BOA.
