NEW SOLICITATION (SF 1449) VERSION HAS BEEN UPLOADED TO CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION AND INPUT EVALUATION FACTORS. ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE (ZIP - 33825). ATTACHMENTS 1, 2, AND 3 HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THIS SAM POSTING. ALL OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE OFFERS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL THREE ATTACHMENTS (LISTED BELOW) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Attachment 1 - SOW dated 10 April 2026 Attachment 2 - Asphalt Specifications Attachment 3 - Tack Coat Specifications The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, design and supervision to provide and deliver approximately 8,001 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and 8,072 gallons of Bituminous Tack and Prime Coats. Contractor shall also provide field and laboratory quality control testing, as required by the Government. Please see attached SOW for more information.
