Project Title: Repair Exterior Finishes Building 1 and OPC, at the Fresno VA Medical Center Project Number: 570-21-108 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking vendors who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and installation of new access at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes exterior envelope repairs to bldg. 1 and OPC elements, such as non-abrasive cleaning, inspection, restoration of terra cotta, stucco, fenestration, and related components as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Specifications attached. The period of performance (PoP) for the base offer (scopes 1 thru 5) is 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), there are three (3) add alternates which all have different individual PoPs, see SOW for information.
