This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote (RFP/RFQ) or an Invitation For Bid (IFB), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. The synopsis is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Multiple Award Contract (MAC) - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) – Contract Period - Five (5) year contract with one (1) five (5) year option, for a potential total contract length of 10 years Items: Remanufacture - Accessory Drive Gearbox (ADG) -NSN:2835012080169RP Remanufacture - Jet Fuel Starters (JFS) – NSNs:2835013083769RP, 2835016892101RP The Accessory Drive Gearbox and Jet Fuel Starter are utilized in the Secondary Power System of the F-16 C/D Aircraft. The JFS is a back to back centrifugal compressor-turbine engine which provides shaft horsepower directly to the ADG. The ADG itself acts as an interface between the JFS and the Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft.
