The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center has a requirement for One (1) Computerized Tomography System and Diesel Generator with delivery to Central Ukraine. Please see attached Solicitation W564KV26QA014 with attachments for reference. All documents shall be submitted to: Ms. Maryanne Peck, maryanne.e.peck.civ@army.mil Mr. Brandon Donalson, brandon.m.donalson.civ@army.mil Please include the title "One (1) Computerized Tomography System and Diesel Generator" in the subject line of the email and include the following information: Company Name and Address: Cage Code: UEI Number: Please additionally review Amendments P00001, P00002 and P00003, which adds updated Technical Specifications for the Disel Generator (Attachment 4 Diesel Generator Technical Specifications) and extends the solicitation due date to 1 May 2026, 12:00 CEST. No further questions will be accepted. Ensure this admendment is acknowledged and signed when submitting a quote and include the signed copy with submission to guarantee compliance with the updated requirements.
