AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Answer requests for information (RFI)'s timely received; 2) Provide site visit sign-in sheet as Attachment 8; 3) Update Solicitation - FA664826Q0002 HARB Grounds Mx (MODEL CONTRACT) to correct CLINS to match the Schedule of items and PWS sections and add Clause RFO 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors IAW Executive Order 14398; 4) Update Attachment 1 - HARB Grounds Maintenance (PWS)_20260330 A4CO Rev 5; 5) Update Attachment 6 - Schedule of Items (5-8-2026); THE SOLICITATION DUE DATE OF THURSDAY 14 MAY 2026 AT 2:00PM EDT REMAINS UNCHANGED. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SITE VISIT NOTES CLINs with a double asterisk (**), the government requests contractors quote the unit price, the quantity identified is the annual maximum anticipated and contractors will be reimbursed by actual work performed. NTE CLINS (CLINS with ***) have a unit price of $1 USD and the quantity will be set at the amount we're given for funding; as work is required under these CLINS the awardee contractor will be asked to provide a quote, once approved by the government, work will be scheduled and the contractor will be able to invoice the approved amount with that months invoice under the appropriate CLIN. Growing Season is 365 days per year, on revised model contract and schedule of items, you'll find non-growing season CLINS marked as RESERVED, they will not be priced or applicable to this contract. Operating in connection with the Airfield Awardee will need to have employees who will operate on the airfield take a course with base ops, course usually take 3-4 hours to learn the do's and don't while on the airfield. Operations on the airfield will require checking in with base ops prior to going onto the airfield; awardee contractor will need to be flexible with mission needs; there will be times where base ops will indicate that work on the airfield is not possible and contractor will need to be flexible and adjust schedule accordingly. If mission operations prevent contractor from performing their scheduled cuts on a particular day, contractor should take note and notify the COR & CO ASAP for their situational awareness. The track was built in 2018 and is the only part of the contract that requires maintenance of an irrigation system. Parts will be reimbursed under contract CLIN X0005 With regards to tree removal, it's primarily branches and leaves.
