1. Purpose of Amendment The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update the Solicitation Questions and Responses to include the Government official response to Question 13, which was omitted in a previously issued amendment. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. 2. Updated Solicitation Questions & Responses Question 13: Does - debris removal - include removal of existing fallen limbs and accumulated leaf litter, or only debris generated by the contractor during the current cutting cycle? Government Response: Debris removal does not include removal of existing fallen limbs or accumulated leaf litter. In this scope, - debris removal - refers only to debris generated by the contractor during the current cutting cycle. 3. Acknowledgment of Amendment Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by returning a signed copy, acknowledging in Section E of the SF-1449 (if applicable) or confirming via email. Failure to acknowledge this amendment may render an offer non-responsive.
