UPDATE (26 Feb 26) : INDUSTRY DAY A virtual Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, 18 Mar 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. & Thursday, 19 Mar 2026 at 9:00 AM EST. Participation is voluntary, and if you are unable to attend, you will still be able to participate in any request for proposal that may generate as a result of this activity. The USG intends to conduct breakout sessions immediately following the conclusion of the presentation, limited to 15 minutes per vendor. To secure your place in the Virtual Industry Day, hosted via MS Teams, please send an email request to arenina.sullivan-jones@us.af.mil and tanner.reed.2@us.af.mil to include the participants (maximum of 4), and if you are requesting a breakout session (also restricted to 4). These requests must be received no later than 4:00PM EST on 11 March 2026. ****************************************************************************************************************************** Original Notice: September 29, 2025 CAUTION: The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for designing, developing, manufacturing, and sustaining innovative munitions material handling equipment (MMHE). This includes, but is not limited to, systems such as Ammunition Loading Systems, Small Munitions Trailers, Large Munitions Trailers, “Family” of Jammers, and other Munitions Handling Units (MHUs). The NGAME provider strategy has been developed to obtain leverage for modernization efforts, improve or replace aging assets, and continue to enhance a robust industrial vendor base. The level of security clearance and foreign participation has not been determined at this time. Contractors responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
