Description

This synopsis provides notice that the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), on behalf of Program Executive Office (PEO) Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (MLB), (PMW 240), awarded a Bridge Modification to Contract N00039-23-C-0002 on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT), Falls Church, Virginia. The modification was awarded on 13 May 2026 with a value of $79,315,988 for the continued system integration, testing, implementation, operation, and sustainment of NSIPS capabilities. This contract is a sole-source acquisition pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) - Only One Responsible Source (Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 6.103-1).
