Request for Quote (RFQ) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220- Commercial And Institutional Building Construction. The New York Air National Guard intends to issue Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, cost and other items and services necessary to produce a fully functional small arms range bullet trap that meets or exceeds the manufacturer and DoD standards for small arms range bullet traps in accordance with specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) at 6001 East Molloy Rd. Mattydale, NY 13211. OPTION #1 If hazardous determination is identified, contractor will collect waste in UN- DOT containers and coordinate pickup, transportation and disposal of the project derived wastes under base bid. Any company selected to complete (if not the prime contractor) must be approved by 174 ATKW Environmental Management Office. If Bid Option #1 is exercised, 100% of granules will require replacement. OPTION #2 Installation of a lead encapsulation product for approximately 12,000ft2 of concrete flooring. The contract duration will be 120 calendar days after notice to proceed - all on-site work must be completed in 15 days to support the duties of 174th CATM personnel and safety of the Mission. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 27 MAY 2026. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 4 JUNE 2026, 10:00 A.M. EST, location to be provided in the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
