Update: AMENDMENT 0005 - 05 May 2026 attached herein: The purpose of amendment 0005 is to revise the requirements and submission instructions for solicitation W91CRB-26-C-5006. During the Government's internal review, updates were made to the evaluation criteria and the required submission documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the Government's actual needs. Because these revisions materially affect the content and structure of offerors' proposals, all vendors are required to resubmit their complete proposal packages in accordance with the updated solicitation documents. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated and will be removed from consideration. This amendment replaces and supersedes all prior versions of the solicitation. Vendors must review the updated documents posted with this amendment and submit a full, compliant proposal by the revised due date. Failure to resubmit a complete package may result in the proposal being considered non‑responsive. Proposals are due no later than 06 May 2026 at 4pm EST. No other changes have been made. This solicitation, W91CRB-26-R-5006, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This requirement is for the procurement of AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices. This requirement utilizes NAICS Code 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, has a requirement for the procurement of quantity of nine hundred twenty-two (922) AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices to support a country directed requirement for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) under case GG-B-UDY, for the country of Georgia. The Government intends to award a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 12.203. No hard copy of this solicitation will be issued.
