Abrams Integrated Logistics Services 1. Description Request for Information: Solicitation W56HZV-24-R-0035 – Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) solicitation W56HZV-24-R-0035 for the Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) in support of the Abrams Family of Vehicles (FoV) was recently awarded to General Dynamics Land Systems as contract W912CH-26-D-0035. The Government recognizes several companies demonstrated a meaningful interest in this procurement. We are requesting information and feedback as a part of ongoing market research to gain an understanding as to what led to decisions on whether to bid or not. The Government is looking for feedback so that we can improve our procurement process and promote competition to the maximum extent practicable. We kindly request detailed information regarding the following: Reason for No Bid: What was the primary rationale that led to your company's decision? Challenges and Barriers: Describe any challenges or barriers your company encountered within the technical requirements, evaluation criteria (which could include understanding of the logistics tasks, vehicle platform, labor/manpower), timing of solicitation open/close period, and any other solicitation terms conditions or factors. Did the Government provide meaningful opportunities for engagement leading up to Solicitation release that allowed your company to ask questions, provide feedback, etc.? Recommendations: What changes could the Government consider that would encourage your participation in the future? Your candid response is vital to the Government's ongoing support of competitive environments and ensuring our requirements are structured to maximize industry engagement and participation. Line spacing shall be set no less than single space.
