Description

The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order for one (1) new electric air compressor. This is a commodity procurement where installation and removal services are considered incidental to the purchase. The awarded contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to deliver, install, test, and dispose of the old unit as specified herein. CLIN 0001: Electric Air Compressor: 1 EACH The required specifications for the air compressor are as follows: - Air Tank Capacity: 240 Gallons - Pressure Rating: 200 Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) - Power Unit: Dual 25 Horsepower (HP) electric motors - Electrical System: Three-phase, compatible with 200V or 230/460V - Required Features: Automatic tank drain; low oil control; and dual controls CLIN 0002:Installation, Testing, & Removal: 1 JOB All labor and equipment required for the professional installation and testing of the new compressor (CLIN 0001) and the disconnection and off-site disposal of the existing unit. This includes all necessary personnel, offloading equipment, and adherence to environmental regulations for the disposal of the old unit. See attached RFQ for full details.
