Solicitation Number: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME Notice Type: RFI / Sources Sought Requisition Number: RFISS-167- Replace Main Dry Valves Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest to perform mechanical and electrical upgrades in a Builidng. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to accomplish the following three primary tasks: 1. Fire Suppression System Repair: Address aging and leaking main dry valves that are causing the fire system compressor to run excessively. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the main dry valves. 2.Breathing Air System Upgrade: Demolish the existing breathing air filtration system and replace it with a modern, upgraded system. 3.Electrical and Lighting Work: Install new, adequate lighting over the hot water (HW) tanks. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. A ny offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
