This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8601-26-Q-0047 is issued as a request for quotation RFQ for a Personal Property Movement Services (BPA) with the addition of a training. This requirement will be 100% Small business set aside under NAICS 488991 with a size standard of $34M dollars. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with some, none, or all offerors, or make no award at all depending upon: 1) the quality of quotations received, and 2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government also reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Requirement: Service: The requirement is for Personal Property Movement Services (BPA) to be performed in accordance with the PWS. CLIN SERVICE QUANTITY UNIT 0001 Personal Property Movement Services 1 Each Period of Performance: The delivery is required within [90 days] after receipt of order (ARO). Offerors shall complete and included in quotations all representations and certifications, as well as all fill-in provisions and clauses, contained within this solicitation .
