Description

This contract action was awarded using competitive procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15 . The resulting contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Due to the indefinite quantity and ordering structure, the contract is not firm-fixed-price at the contract level; however, individual task or delivery orders may be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis. The maximum ceiling amount for this contract is $750,000.00 .
