OPPORTUNITIES DESCRIPTION Construction Service for Project No. 593-26-104, Install Interior Design (ID) Concrete Pad located at VA Medical Center (VAMC) Las Vegas, NV. This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around May 26, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This requirement is a total set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to christopher.whipple@va.gov Project Purpose: The purpose of this project is to perform the following: The General Contractor (GC) will provide services to include but not limited to construction management services for the installation of a 90 x 61 4 concrete slab to support two (2) 30 x 40 (ea 1200 SF) storage for Interior Design (ID). The slab will include required utility runs and grounding to support the storage units. The storage will be a conditioned tuff shed (or similar type structure) with underground electrical connection, a personnel single door, and aluminum roll up door. Offerors are strongly urged to attend the site visit prior to submitting their proposals to evaluate the extent of the project requirements. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days from when the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Letter is issued.
