Amendment 2 15 May 2026 The primary purpose of this amendment is to officially change the solicitation set-aside requirement. The utilization has been changed from a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside to a Total Small Business set-aside.In addition a new mechanical requirement has been added to the scope of this solicitation.To reflect the updated mechanical requirement, the following documents are attached and incorporated into the solicitation: 1: Updated Specification Document 2: Updated Provisions and Clauses 3. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ii.
