***THIS IS A COMBINED SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE*** The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research and identify potential sources of commercial products/services that satisfy the Government's anticipated needs. If no alternate sources are identified the Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Tesco - The Eastern Specialty Company, 925 Canal St, Bristol, PA, 19007, US, using Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 procedures under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. See attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for full details of the required Field Standard and Programmable Load Test Set for Accuracy Evaluation of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). NIST is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the SOW Section I stated objective as well as meet all of the Section III minimum required technical specifications. NIST conducted recent market research and results indicate that only Tesco - The Eastern Specialty Company (UEI: EPBRMGVDH375) appears to be capable of meeting NIST's requirements.
