This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The United States Department of Agricultural (USDA) - Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northeast Area (NEA) intends to award on a sole source basis to Qiagen, LLC. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0528 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Qiagin Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA), Limited Concurrent License (LCL) software licenses in accordance with the Statement of Work. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
