The Department of the Army, Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) in conjunction with Army Contracting Command (ACC), invites industry partners to participate in an Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Industry Day scheduled for 20 May 2026 from 0900 to 1600 EST in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with a virtual session on 21 May 2026 from 0900 to 1300 EST via Microsoft Teams. Purpose This Industry Day is not a solicitation, and attendance is voluntary with no reimbursement of costs. Letterkenny Army Depot seeks to build dynamic partnerships with industry through direct sales, Public-Private Partnerships (P3), work-share agreements and co-production. These collaborations aim to generate new revenue, improve cost efficiencies, and secure new workload to sustain and modernize LEAD's organic industrial base capabilities.
