*Site Visit Roster has been uploaded.* SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is the solicitation notice for Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) Power Generation and Microgrid - White Sands Missile Range, NM. The full solicitation is posted via the procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module with restricted access. Please read below for instructions to access the full solicitation. Please note a site visit is being conducted for this project. 1) An organized site visit has been scheduled for 23 April 2026 @ 10:00 AM (MDT) 2) Participants will meet at White Sands Missile Range, North Gate. Participants shall inform personnel at the North Gate (Route 7) gate that they are attending a Site Visit for the "White Sands Missile Range Microgrid Project". Location: White Sands Missile Range, North Gate (Directions from Socorro, NM): Follow United States Highway 85 S/I-25 S/US-85 S toward San Antonio, NM. Take Exit 139 on the right onto United States Highway 380 E/US-380 E toward San Antonio, NM Keep straight and follow United States Highway 380 E/US-380 E. Turn right onto WSMR P Route 7/NM-525. Follow WSMR P Route 7/NM-525 towards the “North Gate”. 3) Participants must sign up for the visit by 3:00 PM (EST) on 20 April 2026 by emailed the Form 300, Form 301, and Photography and WSMR/UXO Briefing Acknowledgment to Norma.A.Ward@usace.army.mil. Purpose of this Notice This notice is to inform industry of an active solicitation and to outline the mandatory prerequisites required to obtain the restricted solicitation package, including drawings and specifications. The information to be released is considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and/or Federal Contract Information (FCI). 2. Procedure to Obtain Restricted Solicitation Documents This solicitation or its attachments contain Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Contractors requesting access to the FCI/CUI portions of the solicitation must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) Registration and a current BASIC confidence level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) in order to receive access to the documents. Step 1: Ensure your firm has an active SAM Registration. Step 2: Ensure your firm has a current BASIC confidence level assessment posted in SPRS in accordance with DFARS clause 252.240-7997 and NIST SP 800-171.
