Description
This project will construct a campus security fence surrounding the Vancouver VA Medical Center campus. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and perform work for 648-20-121 Construct Campus Security Fence and Access Control (Vancouver) as required by drawings and specifications. For all requirements, see the specifications, drawings, and contract documents. ***Notice Read Below Certain attachments associated with this solicitation contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) information. By requesting or accessing these documents, interested parties acknowledge that they will: Use the information solely for the purpose of responding to this solicitation Safeguard the information from unauthorized disclosure Not distribute, release, reproduce, or disclose information outside their organization without prior written approval from the Government Ensure any internal personnel accessing the information understand these restrictions Vendors requesting access to the controlled documents must acknowledge acceptance of these conditions in their request. Contractors are required to request access through SAM.gov, then email Colleen.nicholson@va.gov and hector.sierraalmedina@va.gov that such request has been submitted. Also make sure the email includes the above acceptance. **Please disregard Pre solicitation note titled Z1PZ –648-20-121 Construct Campus Security Fence and Access Control (Vancouver) CAMERAS ONLY as it was incorrectly posted as a presolicitation notice and this requirement is now issued as a solicitation notice which supersedes the prior notice. Attachments associated with this solicitation contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Interested vendors must request access through Sam.gov under this solicitation notice. Prior access granted under any previous notice does not carry over and vendors must submit a new request for access. Email CS and CO mentioned above with any questions.
