THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. This modification 2 to notice 80JSC026CLPS2, which was posted on March 24, 2026, is issued by NASA/JSC to provide CLPS 2.0 One-on-One opportunity information. One-on-One Meetings: The Government will offer one-on-one communication opportunities from Tuesday, April 21, 2026, through Thursday, April 23, 2026, anticipated to be between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. These meetings will be conducted in person only in Cleveland, Ohio. A virtual participation option will not be available. The exact meeting location will be provided to companies upon confirmation of their scheduled time slot. Participation is limited to four (4) representatives per company/team. RSVP Instructions Companies must RSVP for the one-on-one meetings no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on Monday, April 15, 2026 , by emailing jsc-clps2@mail.nasa.gov . The RSVP email must include: Company name, address, primary point of contact information, and SAM Unique Entity ID If requesting a one-on-one meeting: Names and position titles/descriptions of up to four attendees Contact information for each attendee Requested meeting date and time Questions regarding this notice should also be submitted to jsc-clps2@mail.nasa.gov . One-on-One Meeting To facilitate engagement with industry, NASA personnel will conduct one-on-one meetings with individual companies. These sessions will be structured as Question-and-Answer (Q&A) discussions only; formal presentations are not permitted. Requests for one-on-one meetings must be submitted as part of the RSVP. Permitted Discussion Topics The following topics may be addressed during the meetings: The general purpose of the procurement Publicly available information related to the CLPS 2.0 acquisition Historical information regarding similar or predecessor contracts Federal procurement processes as defined by the FAR, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), or other official policy documents Previously released procurement-specific information (e.g., acquisition forecast, Statement of Work (SOW), sources sought synopsis) Prohibited Discussion Topics The following topics will not be discussed: Proprietary or confidential business information of any entity Privacy Act–protected information (e.g., personal data of contractor employees) Trade Secrets Act–protected information Speculation regarding proposal expectations Government preferences or emphasis beyond what is publicly available Incumbent contractor performance Additional Information A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge reservations and provide further instructions. Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during one-on-one sessions.
