See the attached DRAFT Product Description regarding the Closed Caption Pro Encoder Support Services requirement for full details. The VA is conducting market research and is seeking written responses with information to assist with identifying potential sources that are interested in, and capable of, providing the products described (in whole or in part). Please review the information contained herein and identify whether your company has the capability and interest to provide the services as described. Below is the information included in that form for your company s response. Any response to this notice shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capability to satisfy the requirement.
