The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback and sources from companies capable of providing non-personal custodial services for the Bob Hope Community Center (BHCC) (located at RAF Mildenhall) in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Background: The Bob Hope Community Center (BHCC) is a Prestige Category facility requiring comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. The facility includes areas for children under two years of age and children over two years of age, which require specific cleaning protocols. The required services include all necessary labor, supervision, and supplies to meet the standards and frequencies detailed in the draft SOW. Response Guidelines: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). No contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense.
